Moving Up
Since the company promotes from within, climbing the ladder is the norm at Super Pantry. Employees first learn the fundamentals of working in a convenience store and are later given the opportunity to become full-time assistant managers and possibly store managers.
Pay raises are frequent
Employees receive raises on a regular basis at 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and annually thereafter.

Managers can earn 6 bonuses per year, paid bimonthly.*
Training
We operate an in-house training center, "Super Pantry University," located in Champaign, Illinois, that provides specialized training for managers on a continuing basis.
Opportunity for Advancement
We promote from within whenever possible. Since the organization continues to build and remodel locations, new opportunities for advancement regularly occur. The ability to relocate enhances the opportunity for advancement but is not required.
Benefit Time
In the first year, managers earn two weeks paid vacation and up to 5 personal days.*
Holidays
Managers are scheduled off with pay on six major holidays.*
Health Insurance
Major medical insurance is available, including the use of a prescription drug card, 80% of the premium is paid by the company, 20% by the employee.
Pension Plan
A defined contribution pension plan is provided and financed at no cost to the employee. Each year an amount equal to 5% of your actual wages is contributed to a pension fund.*
Service Awards
We recognize employees' service upon completion of 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of employment.
